Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) is starting a new AC Volvo bus service from Ahmedabad to Prayagraj (Allahabad) in view of Mahakumbh Mela 2025. The service will start from 27 January 2025 and Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel will flag off the first bus.
Bus Service and Package Details:
- Package Duration: 3 Nights and 4 Days
- Charge: ₹8,100
- Amenities: This package includes transportation, food and accommodation.
Other Transport Options:
In addition to GSRTC bus services, special train and flight services are also available from Ahmedabad to Prayagraj during Mahakumbh Mela.
- Special Train Services: Indian Railways is running 49 special trains in view of Mahakumbh Mela 2025, which started from 19 January 2025.
- Special flight services: SpiceJet and IndiGo airlines have also started direct flights from Ahmedabad to Prayagraj for the Mahakumbh Mela. SpiceJet’s flights will be available from 12 January to 28 February 2025, while IndiGo will start flights from 28 January 2025.
